A single-storey house in the El Naudir gated community, where natural materials, warm light and bespoke details build a calm, enveloping atmosphere.
El Naudir Project is a single-storey house in the El Naudir gated community. We conceived every room from its horizontality and its bond with the green surroundings: spaces that flow into one another and open onto the garden through large glazed panels, with natural light as the first material.
Materiality is at the heart of the project. Noble woods —pale oaks and warm walnuts—, soft-veined marbles and brass details come together in a timeless palette. Every piece of furniture was designed bespoke to follow the architecture and bring order to daily life, combining storage, exposed joinery and designer objects.
Warm lighting sets the mood of the house. We worked with indirect light, LED strips integrated into the joinery and brass fixtures that bring out the textures as the day fades. Innovative details —black-framed backlit vitrines, custom hardware and careful finishes— complete a home made to be lived in and enjoyed at every hour of the day.
